What Ω is NOT: prediction, causal proof, optimization, or deterministic collapse. Structural concentration only.

Boundary note: The earlier Ω-centered empirical layer should not be treated as current validation. Existing V1 materials remain historical, fixed, and Ω-centered. High ratio alone is not evidence. Future empirical claims require independent event labels, frozen definitions, anti-circularity review, sufficient support counts, and validation design before evaluation.
